Inmate Search 

Using the official website is another Nevada State inmate search method. Here are the steps you should follow when doing so: 

Step 1 

Go to Nevada State Offender Locator on the department's site. 

Step 2 

Fill in blank spaces with the inmate's details. The page offers two search options: 

• By offender identity number 
• By first and last name  

However, using the first or last names will display a long list that takes time to scrutinize. 

Step 3 

Hit the 'Search' field to reveal results such as: 

• Offender ID 
• Full name 
• Sex 
• Facility  

Clicking on the ID number exposes extra information like the photo, parole hearing details, offense code and description, sentence status, type, start date, and county.
